KeyResponsibilities
- SupportandimplemententerpriseIoT/OTdeviceinfrastructure,includingconfiguration,maintenance,patching,andtroubleshooting
- Translatearchitecturaldesignsintooperational,technicalimplementations
- Performpatchtesting,deployments,andvalidationacrossdevicesandinfrastructure
- Troubleshootissuesspanningdevice,network,server,andSaaSplatformlayers
- WorkwithAPIs,SaaSplatforms,andhybridcloudenvironmentstoenablesecureintegrations
- Handlephysicaldevicesaspartofrefurbishment,testing,androlloutactivities
- Collaboratewithnetwork,security,platformteams,andvendors
- Createandmaintaintechnicaldocumentation,runbooks,andoperationalprocedures
- Ensurecompliancewithenterprisesecurityframeworks(authentication,authorization,encryption)
- Supportmigrations,platformrollouts,andIoTlifecycleprojects
RequiredTechnicalSkills
- StrongexperiencewithWindowsandLinuxserverengineering
- Solidunderstandingofnetworkingfundamentals(routing,subnets,DNS,DHCP,L3concepts)
- Hands‑onknowledgeofIoT/OTdevices,hardwareconfiguration,andtroubleshooting
- WorkingfamiliaritywithAPIs,systemintegrations,andenterpriseenvironments
- ExperiencewithSaaSplatformsandauthenticationprotocols(SAML,OIDC)
- Understandingoffirewalls,proxies,loadbalancers,andsecureenterprisearchitectures
- ProvenbackgrounddeliveringL2/earlyL3engineeringsupport
- Strongawarenessofsecurityfundamentals,includingencryptionandidentitycontrols

- 4–8+yearsinSystemsEngineering,InfrastructureSupport,orIoT/OTenvironments
- Stronganalyticalandtroubleshootingabilityacrossmultiplelayers
- Abletooperateindependentlywhilecoordinatingwithglobalteams
- Comfortableworkinginhigh‑security,productionenterpriseenvironments
