Description

As Disturbia continues to grow, the need has arisen to appoint an experienced IT Systems Manager to join our IT & Dev team in Northumberland. The successful candidate will support the Director of IT in delivering and maintaining efficient and secure IT systems, and providing outstanding front-line IT support to staff.

The business predominantly uses the Microsoft 365 ecosystem for collaboration and endpoint management, alongside other relevant software such as Adobe Creative Cloud and industry‑specific SaaS platforms. The majority of endpoints are Windows‑based, with Macs used in some creative roles.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of IT, the IT Systems Manager will support the company in meeting its strategic objectives through the effective use of IT.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

A minimum of 3 years in front‑line IT support roles (with a mixture of Windows and Mac ecosystems) is required. Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following essential skills:
