What you will be doing
- As Project Manager you will take full responsibility for ensuring works are executed safely, within programme and to the highest quality standards.
- Create and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring full compliance with CDM and all relevant legislation.
- Lead the planning, preparation and delivery of the scheme throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Manage design engagement and collaborative workshops to achieve safe, buildable and efficient solutions.
- Select, onboard and lead high‑performing project teams and supply chain partners.
- Oversee commercial performance, managing cost, risk, change and profitability.
- Establish and manage site set‑up, temporary works and regulatory compliance prior to commencement.
- Drive innovation, continuous improvement and performance reporting.
- Lead, motivate and develop teams to ensure high‑quality delivery to programme, budget and scope.
