Regeneration Delivery Manager – (£57,186 – £72,338)

Responsibilities
- Lead delivery and contract management of major regeneration programmes in Andover and Romsey town centres.
- Manage complex, long‑term development projects, ensuring effective procurement and delivery of large capital construction works.
- Provide specialist advice across the wider programme and collaborate with internal and external partners.
- Balance the commercial demands of property development within a local government setting.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience managing complex, long‑term development projects.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to understand and balance different demands of property development in a public or private sector.
- Sound knowledge of procurement and management of large, complex capital construction projects.
- Strategic thinking and natural leadership skills.
