- Build and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients across both public and private sector markets.
- Act as a key point of contact for client communication, operational support, and cyber security-related service coordination.
- Support the preparation of tenders, quotations, technical proposals, presentations, and business development documentation relating to cyber security and integrated security services.
- Engage with clients to understand operational risks, cyber security concerns, infrastructure protection requirements, and technology-related operational challenges.
- Assist in promoting cyber resilience awareness and integrated security solutions relating to CCTV systems, access control infrastructure, remote monitoring platforms, smart building technologies, and connected operational systems.
- Coordinate with operational and technical teams to support the effective delivery of cyber-related and integrated security solutions.
- Support operational service reviews, client meetings, project coordination activities, and ongoing account management functions.
- Assist in the development of tailored cyber security and integrated technology solutions based on client operational requirements.
- Monitor market developments, emerging cyber threats, technological trends, and industry developments relevant to the cyber security and integrated security sector.
- Support the company’s commercial growth strategy through networking, partnership development, stakeholder engagement, and business relationship management.
- Contribute towards strengthening internal cyber resilience awareness, operational security practices, and information security culture across the organisation.
- Assist in supporting compliance with relevant cyber security, data protection, operational governance, and information security requirements.
- Liaise with technology providers, operational stakeholders, external suppliers, and service partners in relation to integrated security and cyber-related solutions.
- Maintain accurate records relating to business development activity, operational coordination, client engagement, project support, and commercial opportunities.
- Provide a high standard of professional client care and operational responsiveness to support customer satisfaction and long-term service relationships.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings, operational discussions, client engagement activities, and business development initiatives.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

- A degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience in Business Management, Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Information Management, or a related discipline.
- Relevant cyber security certifications such as CompTIA Security+, ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC), CompTIA Network+, ISO 27001, or equivalent industry-recognised qualifications.
