Job Description
As our first dedicated motion hire, you will shape the visual identity of a generational AI company. You\'ll create cinematic, ElevenLabs-style product videos and animations that make complex technical concepts feel intuitive. Working directly with founders, you will own the creative direction for social media, global conferences, and high-impact product launches.

What You Will Do
- Develop a scalable user-centric motion design system and animate assets for the core product experience.
- Lead the creation of high-fidelity social media and conference promotions from script to final polish.
- Partner with GTM and design teams to translate technical AI features into engaging visual narratives.
The ideal candidate
- 3+ years of experience in motion graphics with a portfolio demonstrating cinematic, product-focused animation quality.
- Mastery of Adobe After Effects and Figma, with the ability to narrate user experiences through physics-based motion.
- High-energy, self-directed professional who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and prioritizes rapid execution.
