My client is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join its high-performing engineering function.

You’ll report to the Head of Engineering, as well as being a hands‑on senior developer, you will help to lead a team of 4, delivering resilient, high-performance, mission‑critical systems. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll shape technical strategy, drive best practice, and influence real architectural decisions.

What You’ll Bring as an experienced as an Senior Software Engineer

• Proven experience leading a software engineering team
• 5+ years in full stack development (Microsoft stack)
• Experience in Agile environments
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

• Leading and mentoring engineers
• Driving architectural best practice
• Evaluating and implementing modern technologies
• Working cross-functionally to deliver business-critical solutions
• Ensuring performance, resilience & scalability across systems
