Business Intelligence Management Trainee Program
Our Business Intelligence Management Trainee Program is a 2‑year rotation designed to cultivate exceptional talent in Hong Kong and London. Our goal is to find and build the next leaders within both Linjer and its portfolio companies. We accept applications on a rolling basis.

What you’ll work on:
- Consult with management and relevant stakeholders to define goals for business intelligence
- Learn and fully understand the data landscape for use in our reporting, including sales data and marketing spend for various e‑commerce companies
- Develop dashboards and create reports
- Support users in using dashboards and reports
- Review and validate data and maintain data sources
- Communicate insights to senior management and across the organization
- Analyze and synthesize data; report back findings with recommendations

Who you are
- A fresh or recent graduate with less than two years of experience
- At least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, economics, mathematics, statistics, or business studies
- Extreme rigor when it comes to solving problems and data analysis
- Some experience programming for data analysis
- Fluent English speaker
- A self‑starter who takes initiative
- Coachable and dedicated to continuous personal improvement and professional growth
- Thorough and detail‑oriented
- Tech‑literate and able to learn new software with ease
- Capable of working well with others
