What you will do
- Hold and oversee complex cases within the Families First framework, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
- Provide advanced practice support, guidance, and consultation to social workers within the team.
- Undertake high‑quality assessments, risk analysis, and planning in line with statutory requirements.
- Support decision‑making across Child in Need, edge‑of‑care, and safeguarding pathways.
- Chair meetings and contribute to multi‑agency planning to promote consistent, child‑centred practice.
- Promote strengths‑based, restorative approaches when working with children and families.
- Maintain high standards of recording, compliance, and professional accountability.
