Main duties of the job

You will work autonomously, deliver high‑quality care, support safe services, and strengthen our nursing and HCA teams through leadership and mentorship. This role involves acting as an Independent Prescriber, leading nursing and HCA teams, contributing to clinical outcomes through audit, governance, and service improvement, and focusing on Long‑Term Conditions and Women’s Health. Essential qualifications include being a registered healthcare professional with a Masters‑level qualification and significant autonomous practice experience in primary care.

About the Role
You will:
- Provide advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis, and management for patients in primary care.
- Act as an Independent Prescriber (Essential).
- Lead and support the nursing and HCA team.
- Contribute to improved clinical outcomes through audit, governance and service improvement.
- Support Long‑Term Conditions and Women’s Health as key focus areas.
- Use clinical systems effectively.
What We Are Looking For
- Registered healthcare professional (NMC, HCPC, GPhC, etc.) with a Masters‑level qualification.
- Significant autonomous practice experience in primary care or similar.
- Strong experience in Long‑Term Conditions and Women’s Health.
- Clinical leadership experience.
- Teaching or mentorship qualification.
- Evidence of service improvement and innovation.

Due to the nature of this position, employment is subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, completion of a satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure and two references.
