The Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant

This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you’ll learn real business skills from day one. As a recruitment consultant, you’ll:

• Speak with candidates and clients daily
• Headhunt top IT talent across the US and European market
• Build strong client relationships and win new business
• Manage the full recruitment process end-to-end

It’s challenging, but you’ll be fully supported every step of the way.
