We are looking for a Resource Officer to join the Adult Social Care, Neighbourhood Support Team based in Lewes, East Sussex. The post offers the opportunity to work with local partners and professionals to ensure good outcomes for the individuals you serve.

You will gain a detailed knowledge of the Care Act (2014), Mental Capacity Act (2005), Equality legislation and the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, and will implement this in daily practice. You will also carry out the Local Authority safeguarding duties to protect and mitigate risks for the individuals we serve.
