Responsibilities
- Support the Regional Director in managing a region/group of care homes to achieve performance targets and operational efficiency.
- Provide focus and support in key homes, ensuring compliance with standards, reporting, and service delivery.
- Support homes with transition processes following acquisitions.
- Identify problem areas and make recommendations in discussion with the Regional Director.
- Interpret information on regional performance against quality indicators and make suitable recommendations.

Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in Care Home management roles.
- Nurse qualification and an active NMC pin.
- Experience supporting homes on a regional level.
- Proven experience supervising staff and staff development.
- NVQ Level 5 or equivalent in Care for Care Homes.
