Responsibilities

• Own and execute a social + content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat and beyond
• Film, capture and package day-to-day life into compelling content
• Repurpose content into short-form clips (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
• Maintain strong storytelling, pacing, and retention
• Manage workflows and meet deadlines consistently
• Collaborate with the team for revisions and feedback
• Monetisation: ads, affiliates, products, newsletters
• Facebook and Meta Business
• CRM
• Email marketing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of video editing experience (High efficiency)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus)
• Strong understanding of storytelling and retention
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
