Senior Designer

We’re looking for someone with a cracking portfolio — that showcases their ideas, talent and strategic thinking. Someone who has created world‑class work for world‑class brands, has passion for every project, and can grab the reins to push every brief to the next level.

Someone who is a confident communicator, who can articulate both their and others’ ideas internally to the team, and externally to our clients — with strong opinions (loosely held).

Someone who will roll their sleeves up and lead the way for our design team, translating creative strategy into standout creative across the full breadth of a brand, and who is just as comfortable building tomorrow’s icons as evolving todays.

Someone who looks to mentor, develop and raise up the next generation of talent.

What we expect from the role

• Be our creative engine. Contribute significantly to the agency's creative direction.
• Consistently develop work that hits the sweet spot of stand‑out creative and commercially sound.
• Complete understanding of strategy and strategic intent, and able to evaluate work against it.
• Broad responsibility for delivery of a project as a whole.
• Clear, concise feedback and mentorship to more junior team members.
• Showcase long‑term guardianship and reference for projects.
• Shape our culture; trusted by peers and clients.
• Handle internal and external presentations with confidence.

This is a full-time position based in Leeds on a hybrid basis (minimum of 2 days per week in the studio).
