Title: AI Product Engineer (Building with LLMs)

Location: London, hybrid to fully on-site

Salary: Up to £250,000 + Equity

The role

Up to £250k for engineers building real products on top of frontier model APIs. Not training models. Building with them: orchestration, evals, agentic workflows, retrieval, the actual software that turns a model call into a product people pay for.

We work with a strong cohort of London AI-native companies in productivity, sales, recruitment, finance, and developer tools. Small teams, fast shipping, real users.

Responsibilities

• Build production AI features on top of frontier model APIs
• Design agentic workflows, retrieval systems, and tool-use patterns
• Build evaluation harnesses that measure real product quality, not benchmark scores
• Iterate fast on prompts, model choice, and orchestration

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack engineering, typically TypeScript or Python
• Hands-on production experience with LLM APIs
• Good instincts for where models work, where they fail, and how to test the difference
