Salary: GBP38000 – GBP40000 per annum
Location: Banbury, England
Working hours: Monday to Friday – 8.30am – 4.30pm

Role & Responsibilities
- Following PPM schedule and reacting to breakdowns
- Assisting with continuous improvement and machinery upgrade projects
- Responsibility for ensuring all production machinery and factory equipment is maintained to reduce downtime
- Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Ability to problem solve and implement corrective actions
- BTEC Level 3 in Engineering or higher
- Experience as a maintenance engineer in a manufacturing environment or in a similar role
- Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
- Electrical and Mechanical fault‑finding skills
