Key Responsibilities:
In this varied role, you’ll work on both support and implementation projects, taking ownership from planning through to delivery. Typical duties include:
- Providing on-site fault support and resolution
- Leading installation projects, from surveys to final handover
- Collaborating with end users and colleagues to plan and deliver solutions
- Inputting into solution design, quoting, and creating statements of work
- Ensuring installations are completed on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction
What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking a motivated and proactive professional who can hit the ground running:
- Experience as an IT Technician or in a similar IT support role
- Networking knowledge (offline and Microsoft 365 skills essential)
- Strong organisational and planning abilities
- A hands‑on, problem‑solving approach with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset
- Experience as an IT Service Engineer would be advantageous
