We're looking for a Middle Weight Digital Designer to join our eCommerce UX team on a 12 month FTC. Based from NEXT Head Office in Leicestershire!

Responsibilities
- Lead the creative process by taking briefs from initial concept through to final execution, ensuring every design is exceptional and brand-aligned.
- Design high-impact digital content, including landing pages, homepages, emails, and editorial features that drive commercial success.
- Produce professional assets for onsite graphics, moodboards, and pitch packs to support our internal teams.
- Partner with commercial teams to ensure your designs are effective in reaching our global audience.
- Contribute to our culture by sharing original ideas and helping to evolve our digital style and layouts.
Qualifications
- Creative flair supported by a strong portfolio that showcases high-quality digital design.
- Technical proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- A positive mindset with the ability to generate original ideas that challenge the status quo.
- Clear communication skills, with the confidence to present your work to stakeholders across the business.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage your workload effectively during busy periods.
- A collaborative spirit, enjoying the success that comes from working together as one team.
