FLT Field Service Engineer

Field Service Forklift Truck Engineer, West Midlands

My client operates within the Forklift Truck sector and requires an experienced field service engineer to cover customers in the West Midlands.

Customer service is central to their business. They believe success depends on employees genuinely understanding the needs of each customer. Your goal will be to give customers a great impression and provide first‑class service.

You will be dealing face‑to‑face with customers, handling forklift breakdowns, repairs and services, offering technical support, and delivering outstanding service.

Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in forklift repair and maintenance.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
• High standards, flexibility, and attention to detail.

Benefits:

• A highly competitive base salary between £35,000 and £45,000, dependent on experience and hours worked.
