As we expand, we’re building a powerful in-house marketing team—and we’re looking for a creative design expert to bring our brand to life.
Position Summary:
We’re seeking a Creative & Visual Production Specialist to lead the design and development of marketing and sales materials across digital and print. This full-time remote position is ideal for a visual storyteller who can take complex ideas and turn them into clean, compelling designs that elevate our brand and drive results.
You will work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to design high-impact assets that communicate LeSoft’s value to customers, partners, and prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design brochures, sales decks, case study templates, pitch presentations, and explainer visuals
- Produce creative assets for social media, web, video thumbnails, and email campaigns
- Collaborate on video scripts, storyboard ideas, and layout structure for animated explainers
- Ensure visual consistency across all channels by enforcing brand guidelines
- Work cross-functionally with content writers, marketers, and developers to ensure visuals support messaging clarity and UX
- Manage and maintain the asset library for internal teams and external partners
- Contribute ideas to campaigns, product launches, and creative direction sessions
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in graphic design, creative production, or visual storytelling
- Strong portfolio of B2B marketing assets (especially in SaaS or software tech)
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere), Canva Pro, or similar
- Understanding of brand systems, visual hierarchy, typography, and layout principles
- Ability to collaborate in remote teams and deliver assets on tight timelines
- Video editing or motion graphics experience is a strong plus
- Fluent in English and familiar with UK audience preferences
