What you’ll be doing:
You’ll work closely with senior team members across live mandates and proactive projects:
Market mapping
- Identify and map leadership talent across sectors
- Build deep understanding of companies, investors and individuals
- Craft thoughtful, personalised outreach
- Engage and qualify senior executives
Commercial exposure
- Sit in on client calls with investors and CEOs
- Contribute to search strategy and positioning
- Support preparation of client materials and insights
- Help run multiple searches at once
- Track pipelines and manage candidate processes
- Maintain high-quality data and reporting
