Let us care for you and your career, the same way you do for others.About the Role:The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will report directly into the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) at The Portland Hospital and will play a key role in partnering with members of the management team and their teams in relation to day-to-day HR matters whilst working closely with the CHRO to implement the HR strategy across the facility.The HRBP is a trusted partner to the management team and will be required to establish and deliver support to facilitate long term objectives, deputising for the CHRO when required, you will support and help influence with shaping of the HR function and imbedding our culture.Duties and Responsibilities:Working with the CHRO to implement and develop the HR strategy in key areas such as talent, resourcing, reward, employee engagement and organisational developmentPartner with the management team in the delivery of key HR projects and local HR initiatives, delivering training to new starters and leadersProviding expert advice on complex employee relations issues ensuring that they are coached to deal with complex staff issuesTo coach and support the management team enabling them to anticipate and pre-empt organisational and people issuesSupport Organisational Development programmesPeople PlanningSkills and experience:Fully CIPD QualifiedAbility to act at an operational and strategic levelExcellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across different levels of the organisationStrong multi-tasker, time management and planner who is able to work well autonomously and as part of a teamHealthcare knowledge would be an advantageExperience of advising and coaching senior managers on a range of ER issues & People issuesWhy HCA UK?Originally founded over 50 years ago by Dr Thomas Frist, HCA has gone on to become one of the world’s leading healthcare providers.
