Novax Recruitment Group is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Contract Recruitment Divisional Manager to take ownership of and grow a high-potential business unit within our expanding UK operation.
This is not just another management role. It’s a genuine opportunity to shape, scale, and lead your own division with the backing of an established and ambitious recruitment business.
The Opportunity
You’ll be given the autonomy, support, and infrastructure to build a thriving contract division, focusing on one or more of our core markets:
- Construction
- Manufacturing
While experience in one of these sectors is highly desirable, we are open to strong contract recruiters or leaders with a proven track record in building and scaling successful desks or teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and leading a contract recruitment division from the ground up or scaling an existing function
- Developing client relationships and securing high-value contract opportunities
- Driving revenue growth and delivering against GP targets
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for contract placements
- Hiring, mentoring, and developing consultants as the division grows
- Implementing strategy, processes, and best practices to maximise performance
What We’re Looking For
- A strong billing history and/or leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to grow a desk, team, or division
- Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue and profitability
- Entrepreneurial attitude – someone who wants ownership and accountability
- Experience within Construction, Engineering, or Manufacturing is advantageous but not essential
What’s On Offer
- £40,000 – £50,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
- Uncapped commission up to 40% of GP
