- Work directly with clients (logistics, automotive, services) to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities
- Design and implement solutions across:
- Email & workflow automation
- CRM / ERP integrations

- Translate business problems into technical, scalable solutions
- Own delivery end-to-end (not just slides — actual execution)
- Collaborate with developers / low-code tools where needed
Qualifications
2–8 years experience in:
- IT Consulting / Digital Transformation
- Automation / AI implementation
- Solutions engineering or similar
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with tools like:
- Zapier / Make / UiPath / Power Automate
- Python / APIs / data workflows
- Ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders
- Strong bias toward execution (not just advisory)
Preferred Skills
- Experience in logistics, automotive, or operations-heavy industries
- Exposure to AI tools (LLMs, OCR, document automation)
- Startup or fast-paced environment background
