Band 6 Cancer Information and Support Manager

Overview

Job Summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Cancer Information and Support Service Manager at UHB. You will contribute to the development and delivery of evidence-based cancer information. The post holder will manage and deliver a comprehensive cancer information and support service for people affected by cancer, including patients, carers, family and friends, as well as health and social care professionals. You will work collaboratively with site-specific teams, community services, charitable organisations and trusted community partners to ensure information meets patient need and supports local information strategies. The successful candidate will be adaptable and flexible with proven management experience, able to work autonomously as well as part of a friendly and supportive team.
