As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a hands‑on role in supporting the delivery of recruitment across Etihad Campus. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will coordinate day‑to‑day hiring activity across a diverse range of roles, ensuring processes run smoothly, candidates are supported, and compliance is maintained.

This role goes beyond administration — you will take ownership of key recruitment tasks, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes within a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

This is a full‑time, 12‑month fixed‑term contract, supporting a period of high recruitment activity and operational growth across the Etihad Campus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Coordination & Candidate Management – Manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and support screening while ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Compliance & Onboarding (RTW / DBS) – Coordinate Right to Work and DBS checks, track progress across systems, and ensure all onboarding activity is accurate, compliant, and completed on time.
  • Recruitment Operations & Systems – Maintain accurate data within the ATS, monitor candidate progression, and support efficient recruitment processes and reporting.
  • Events & Recruitment Activity – Support the delivery of recruitment events and coordinate logistics including candidate bookings, rooms, and site access across the campus.
  • Stakeholder Support – Work closely with hiring managers and internal teams, acting as a key point of contact for recruitment queries and supporting multiple live campaigns.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Essential

  • Experience in recruitment, HR, administration, or a fast‑paced operational environment
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple processes and priorities simultaneously
  • Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable working with systems Office 365, and managing data accurately
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently

Desirable

  • Familiarity with recruitment or compliance processes (e.g., RTW checks, employment law).
