What you will do:
Work alongside the wider Sales team, you will be responsible for day-to-day contact and management with our customers, as well as:
- Driving sales through a targeted customer list
- Maintaining account plans of key customers, sales, forecasts and margin management
- Maintaining and analysing our Customer Relationship Management system
- Producing grouped communication for Exec Chefs, Buyers, Planners & technical Teams
- Sending Innovation boxes to Exec Chefs and other stakeholders
- Organizing customer meetings and food development sessions
- Supporting customer visits to Head Office and other locations off-site
- Providing quotes on new business for the Channel Leads
- Acting as deputy when the Commercial Lead is away
- You will also actively contribute to the wider Belazu community, including our commitment to safety and B-Corp status.

- Strong analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly and adapt
- Understanding of sales delivery and forecasting
- Comfortability using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other digital tools
- Confidence when engaging across different stakeholders, both internally and externally, including presenting and building rapport
- Capable to work under pressure and pro-actively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm to learn and improve, and ability to take the initiative and ownership, whilst demonstrating integrity, reliability, and a strong commitment to quality standards.
- Whilst a degree and previous exposure to Casual Dining is preferred, we will consider all candidates with relevant transferable skills or equivalent experience.
