What the ideal candidate will bring
- 5+ years of experience in an agency environment
- A proven track record running successful B2B marketing strategies and campaigns across a range of sectors
- Experience working with SME clients and owner-managers
- A natural commercial outlook and approach to marketing
- Broad knowledge of the marketing mix — inbound marketing and HubSpot experience is a big plus
- The ability to build and deliver strategies focused on tangible ROI
- Strong presentation and client management skills
Key responsibilities
- Reporting directly to the Marketing Director and playing a key role in shaping strategy
- Leading the implementation of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns
- Understanding clients' goals and translating them into effective marketing plans
- Presenting strategies and research to prospects and clients with confidence
- Analysing and optimising campaign performance alongside senior stakeholders
- Mentoring and overseeing Marketing Executives
