With a strong presence in the Nordics, we are rapidly expanding in the UK and Ireland, and the team, including Arbnor, Lara, Cameron, and Ben, is looking for a new colleague to join our local office on Chancery Lane.

About the role

As a Senior Regional Sales Manager, you’ll own the entire sales cycle - from lead generation and prospecting to closing high-value deals with mid-to-large retailers across the UK and Ireland. You’ll take the lead in developing new business, expanding our market presence, and positioning Voyado as the go-to solution for retail and e-commerce brands.

Some things you’d be up to

• Drive outbound sales efforts to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, both mid-market and enterprise deals.
• Lead negotiations, including pricing, structure, and expansion paths.
• Engage with retailers and e-commerce brands to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions.
• Deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations.
• Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking forums to increase brand visibility.

Skills & Background

• You have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, with extensive experience managing the entire sales cycle – from prospecting and hunting for new business to closing high-value deals.
• You have a structured, value-based approach to selling – leveraging frameworks such as MEDDPICC or similar methodologies to engage, influence, and drive alignment among multiple senior stakeholders.
• You have experience working in a partner-dense product landscape, navigating complex ecosystems and collaborating with partners and integrations to create customer value and drive business growth.
• You’re a native-level English speaker who communicates with professionalism, clarity, and persuasive impact. Experience within retail, e-commerce, CRM, or digital marketing is a strong advantage.
