Benefits AdvisorLocation: Head OfficeWorking hours: 37.5 per weekHybridWorking as part of HCA’s Corporate Reward team, the Benefits Advisor will be the ambassador for all benefits and recognition programmes. You will oversee the day-to-day delivery and communication of HCA’s employee core and flexible benefit programmes, including healthcare plans, insurances and pensions. The role combines accurate and efficient benefits administration with a strong advisory approach, confident communication and customer service, and a commitment to continuous improvement.Duties & ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the day‑to‑day administration of HCA’s benefits portfolio, including flexible benefits, healthcare plans, core protection insurances and pensions.Act as superuser for HCA’s flexible benefits platform coordinating benefits activities, including enrolment windows, renewals and scheme changes.Work with payroll to ensure benefits changes, including pension opt‑ins and opt‑outs, are processed accurately and within required timescales.Process benefits and pension related vendor invoices.Develop clear guidance notes to support consistent and scalable benefits administration, identifying opportunities to streamline delivery, and enhance employee experienceServe as a trusted subject matter expert on employee benefits and recognition programmes, providing clear and timely advice to employees, managers and site‑based HR teams.Act as liaison between employees, third-party providers and, where applicable, Trustees to support benefit administration and insurance claims.Support benefits related communications and engagement activities, including inductions, campaigns, newsletters and employee roadshows, working with local HR teams to promote awareness and understanding of HCA’s total rewards proposition.Undertake ad-hoc project work as directed by the Head of Reward.What you'll bring:Experience of working with workplace benefits programmes in an administrative/advisory capacityUnderstanding of governance, compliance, system controls and data accuracyStrong communication, presentation, customer service and stakeholder management skillsAttention to detail and pride in delivering accurate high‑quality benefits administrationExcellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, casework, reporting deadlines and cyclical benefits activity.A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset, with strong problem‑solving capabilityA passion for continuous improvement and enhancing employee experience.Why HCA UK?Originally founded over 50 years ago by Dr Thomas Frist, HCA has gone on to become one of the world’s leading healthcare providers.
