Full time, Fixed Term

Salary: £25,500 – £29,000

Your Role

As a Learning Administrator, you will play a key operational role within the Learning and Assessment directorate, supporting the Programme Manager and working closely with the Student Learning, Development, Accreditation and Assessment teams. You’ll help ensure the smooth delivery of qualifications-based learning, digital learning materials and further learning courses through effective coordination and administration.

You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining courses on the RevisionMate platform, ensuring online shop pages and learning materials are accurate and up to date. Working with internal teams, external suppliers and subject experts, you’ll support learning content updates, manage printed stock, process fees and contracts, and respond to student enquiries related to learning platforms and content.

The role also involves supporting accreditation activity, maintaining CPD logs and client portals, assisting with sales order processing during peak periods, and contributing to data preparation and reporting. You’ll work proactively to monitor delivery schedules; help meet key deadlines and identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working across the department.

  • You enjoy being at the centre of activity, keeping learning programmes running smoothly by coordinating information, people and processes with confidence and care.
  • You’re naturally organised and detail‑focused, comfortable balancing multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met.
  • You work well with a wide range of stakeholders, communicating clearly and building effective relationships across teams, suppliers and subject experts.
  • You’re comfortable using digital platforms and systems, and take a practical, proactive approach to resolving queries and supporting customers.
  • You look for better ways of working, contributing ideas and improvements that support efficiency and quality across the wider team.
