Key Responsibilities
- Following an initial training period, spend most of your working week prosecuting a broad spectrum of offences in court, applying skills to secure effective outcomes; remaining time prepare cases.
Professional Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Barrister holding a current practising certificate in England and Wales, with at least five years’ residence in the UK.
- Preferential experience in a contentious area of law; open to lawyers from all disciplines wishing to learn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to deliver well‑reasoned judgments and demonstrate strong decision‑making.
