We are recruiting a Business Development Manager for our Vario global alternative legal services practice (ALSP). This role will lead the design and delivery of high‑impact marketing and business development activity that builds brand visibility, client engagement and pipeline growth across Vario’s Managed Legal Services, Consulting, Flexible Services and CoSec offerings. The position is pivotal in driving sustainable revenue growth, enhancing client relationships and positioning Vario as the market leader. The incumbent will lead the marketing team to build profile, nurture networks and generate qualified opportunities, and community engagement.
Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, providing business intelligence on key competitors, ensuring promotion of our people, products and services in key markets, managing campaign activity across web, social media, events and communications such as client‑facing thought leadership, brochures, guides and internal promotional materials. You will work with senior stakeholders to support growth through execution of marketing and communications plans that enhance profile and win mandates for the relevant service lines. You will be responsible for campaign activity across channels, develop ABM strategies to penetrate and expand key client accounts, and conduct market research and provide business intelligence.
Our standard working hours are 9:30am–5:30pm, with a 3‑day in office, 2‑day from home model; we consider flexible working requests.
