Contract Manager
Salary: GBP65,000 - GBP70,000 + Car Allowance + 20% Bonus

The Role
As Contract Manager, you will take ownership of key contracts, ensuring strong financial performance while maintaining excellent client relationships. You will play a critical role in driving profitability and operational success across the business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Full P&L responsibility for contracts/business areas
- Financial oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Leading contract performance reviews and identifying improvement opportunities
- Working closely with operational teams to deliver high-quality service
- Supporting business growth through commercial insight and decision-making
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Contract Manager role
- Strong understanding of finance and commercial performance
- Demonstrable experience managing P&L
- A confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- A team player who is supportive, approachable, and collaborative
