Reporting to the Production Arts & Drama Administration Manager (Programmes), you will provide high‑quality administrative support to academic staff and students across both departments. The role offers a varied and autonomous workload, with the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution within a busy and creative environment.
This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work proactively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. We are looking for a highly organised, detail‑focused and proactive professional with experience of student records and assessment administration within UK Higher Education. The ideal candidate will be confident working with data and systems, and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting tight deadlines. They will have strong communication skills and the ability to handle a range of enquiries and casework in a clear, professional and customer‑focused manner. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team they will be adaptable, numerate, and confident using digital systems and Microsoft Office. A commitment to continuous improvement, high standards of service and equality and diversity is essential.
This role is primarily based on‑site, with opportunities for flexible working outside of term time. At the Guildhall School, creativity and collaboration are central to our culture.
