About The Role

Reporting to Kerv’s Head of Marketing, we are looking for a Business Development Representative with a demonstrable understanding of driving new business growth.

You will play a key role in driving new business growth across the contact centre and CX practice for Kerv (focused on Genesys Cloud). You will focus on generating leads, building pipeline, engaging senior stakeholders, and partnering closely with Marketing & Sales to execute targeted account strategies.
