Trainee Administrator/Estimator

Commercial glazing company in Bellshill have an opening for a part-time administrator / estimator. You will be part of a small office team, sharing administrative duties, pricing jobs, answering phone calls, emails etc.

This is a part time role of 16.5 hours per week with a view to extending hours as the role progresses.

Key Responsibilites

• dealing with client enquiries via email, telephone and pricing job enquiries.
• Liasing with contractors and suppliers.
• Maintain professional relationships with prospective clients.

Skills & Knowledge

• Good IT skills, proficient in Microsoft word & excel
• Excellent written and verbal communciation skills.
