Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth, expand our client base, and maximise revenue opportunities across retail and foodservice markets. This is a role with responsibility for developing and executing sales strategies, building key relationships, and achieving business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across retail, wholesale, and foodservice sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability.
- Prospect and secure new accounts, including supermarkets, independent retailers, and catering businesses.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for senior management to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production, marketing, and logistics, to ensure the successful delivery of client requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
