We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to help bring clarity, pace and consistency to a busy, fast-moving marketing function. This role sits at the centre of everything, connecting creative, digital and media teams and making sure work flows smoothly from idea through to delivery.
You’ll be someone who understands how to keep multiple projects moving, how to prioritise effectively, and how to create ways of working that genuinely support teams rather than slow them down.
You’ll take ownership of how work moves across the marketing team- ensuring priorities are clear, timelines are realistic and delivery stays on track.
You’ll shape and refine the systems, tools and processes the team relies on, making sure everything is set up to support high-quality output at pace. You’ll also oversee how content is organised and accessed, ensuring it’s easy to find, well-managed and ready to use when needed.
Alongside this, you’ll bring greater visibility to the function - using reporting and insight to highlight progress, manage capacity and support better decision-making.
You’ll act as a central point of contact across the team, helping to keep everyone aligned and focused on what matters most.
This role plays a key part in how the marketing team delivers. By bringing structure and visibility, you’ll help ensure great ideas are executed effectively and consistently — making a real impact on overall performance.
