Position Overview

Position Summary

Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 10.5 hours per night, the successful candidate will support core operational priorities by providing essential administrative support to the Transport Team, ensuring accuracy and consistency to support overall success and operational integrity of the business.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting transport operations through accident investigations, administration, and the management of transport issues.
• Communicating daily with drivers, acting as first point of contact for internal and external drivers.
• Logging journey information and creating journey packs.
• Communicating with shunters and coordinating with the Stock and Admin team.
