We are seeking a dedicated and talented part‑time (0.6) Inclusion Leader to join our Trust at Ad Astra Infant School.
We are passionate about educating and shaping the minds of tomorrow and want someone with enthusiasm to make a positive impact on children’s lives. The role requires a teaching qualification, experience with the primary phase, and knowledge of SEN and vulnerable pupils. The applicant must be working towards or have obtained an NPQ Qualification.
Starting September 2026. Pay: Teachers’ Pay Scale plus SEN TLR of £3,371 (pro rata), equivalent to £2,022.60 per month.
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualifications and experience of teaching in the primary phase
- Knowledge and experience of working with SEN and vulnerable pupils
- Leadership in SEN / Inclusion (desirable but not essential)
- Ability to work well in a team that shares planning responsibilities
- Energy, enthusiasm and a can‑do attitude
- Preparedness to go above and beyond
