We’re looking for a data-driven and customer-focused CRM Manager to take ownership of customer communications, retention strategies and lifecycle marketing activity across multiple brands.
A snapshot of the role
- Lead the CRM strategy across email, SMS and customer lifecycle campaigns
- Build automated customer journeys and retention activity
- Manage campaign planning, segmentation, testing and performance analysis
- Develop personalised communications to improve customer engagement and loyalty
- Monitor CRM performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth
- Support promotional campaigns, launches and seasonal marketing activity
- Collaborate with external agencies and platform providers where required
What you’ll bring to the table
- Previous experience within a CRM Manager or Email Marketing role
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategies
- Experience using CRM and email marketing platformsConfident analysing campaign data and performance metrics
- A good understanding of segmentation, automation and customer journeys
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Creative thinking combined with a commercial mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
