About the role
This is a construction‑based APM role supporting the delivery of projects across multiple sites. The role is hybrid, with a requirement to travel to sites as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting Project Managers with planning, coordination, and delivery of construction works
- Assisting with programme tracking, documentation, and reporting
- Maintaining strong CDM and Health & Safety compliance across projects
- Liaising with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Supporting M&E coordination where applicable
About you
- Previous construction trade experience (highly desirable)
- M&E trade background advantageous
- Strong awareness of CDM Regulations and site health & safety
- Dynamic, proactive, and keen to learn and develop
- Comfortable working in a hybrid role and willing to travel
- Competent user of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Ambitious, organised, and ready to take the next step in your career
- Hands‑on exposure to live construction projects
- Mentorship and development toward a Project Manager role
