The Role
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to develop new and existing customer relationships across general cargo, freight and supply chain solutions.
This is a relationship-led, solutions-focused role, working closely with customers to understand their supply chains and deliver practical, value-adding services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow relationships with logistics, supply chain and operational customers
- Identify and win new business across cargo, freight and port-related services
- Understand import/export flows, storage and transport requirements
- Support proposals and work closely with internal operational teams
- Manage pipeline and CRM activity
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in freight, logistics, shipping, customs or supply chain
- Background in business development or account management
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Commercially aware with a solutions-driven mindset
