Overview
Our client is seeking a Strategy, Performance & Planning Manager to play a key role in driving organisational impact through effective strategic planning and performance management. This position sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and delivery, translating long-term objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes across a global operating model.
This is an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and international stakeholders, influencing decision-making and contributing to large-scale, purpose-driven initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead elements of the global planning and performance cycle, ensuring alignment across business units and international teams
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, insights, and performance metrics
- Develop clear, data-driven narratives to support decision-making at senior levels
- Conduct multi-year and thematic performance reviews, identifying progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
- Support the ongoing development and evolution of organisational strategy
- Project manage strategic initiatives and key enablers to drive delivery against objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions, regions, and leadership levels
- Promote a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in strategy, planning, and performance management within a complex organisation
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to operate in fast-moving and evolving environments
- Advanced analytical capabilities, including experience working with qualitative and quantitative performance data
- Understanding of corporate planning methodologies across different contextsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Ability to synthesise complex information into clear, actionable insights
