Paid Media Executive

Responsibilities
- Support the planning, setup and optimisation of paid media campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets and day‑to‑day account activity
- Carry out audience research, keyword analysis and competitor reviews
- Create engaging ad copy and support creative campaign development
- Track, analyse and report on campaign performance and key metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve ROI, engagement and conversion rates
- Work closely with wider digital and creative teams on campaign delivery
- Keep up to date with platform updates, trends and best practice
What you’ll bring to the table
- Previous experience within a Paid Media (minimum 2 years)
- A good understanding of paid social and PPC platforms
- Experience monitoring and analysing campaign performance data
- Commercially aware with strong analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
