Sitting at the heart of Succession, the team works closely with Aviva, Planners, Area Managers, and a wide range of internal functions including Operations, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Compliance, and Data. This breadth of interaction offers individuals a truly unique and diverse experience, providing exposure across multiple departments and the wider Aviva ecosystem. Unlike many roles, Business Development gives a holistic view of how Succession operates end‑to‑end, making it an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to build strong commercial insight and cross‑functional experience.
