Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday.

What You’ll Do
- Guide the delivery of all Franchise operational processes, ensuring the programme remains compliant, well‑governed and resilient.
- Partner with Retail and Risk colleagues to uphold regulatory standards and create thoughtful, proportionate controls.
- Care for the full lifecycle of Franchise Partners, from onboarding and growth through to renewals and exits.
- Oversee Franchise Partner vetting, contracts, OC management and legal documentation with accuracy and integrity.
- Handle investigations, complaints, clawbacks, penalties, fines, refunds, and disputes with fairness, empathy and consistency.
- Maintain oversight of legal and contractual obligations, ensuring due diligence is upheld.
- Develop and maintain operational tools such as process maps, playbooks and an Operations Manual to bring clarity and confidence to partners.
- Lead clear, inclusive central communications for the Franchise community, sharing governance outcomes and policy changes.
- Support new initiatives that strengthen efficiency, reduce complexity, and create a more sustainable Franchise model.
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities, helping shape long‑term vision and commercial success of the Franchise Estate.
Who You Are
- Highly organised, able to bring structure, clarity and reassurance to complex environments.
- Experience in operations, compliance or risk, ideally within a retail or regulated setting.
- Good understanding of retail operations and/or franchise models, or a genuine curiosity to learn.
- Calm and adaptable, responding thoughtfully to change and balancing multiple priorities.
- Confident, engaging communicator who builds trust and can influence with warmth and credibility.
- Collaborative problem‑solver who looks for considerate, practical ways to improve processes.
- Methodical and analytical thinker who enjoys understanding data, spotting patterns and gently challenging risk.
- Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
