Are you an experienced Warehouse or Stores Supervisor looking for a new opportunity? Do you enjoy leading a team, organising stock, and ensuring everything runs like clockwork? A highly established company based in Southam is looking for a hands-on Stores Supervisor to oversee daily operations and manage a team of store operatives.

Full driving license required (role may involve deliveries/collections).

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse activities: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock rotation.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and ensure correct labelling, storage, and handling of goods.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of store operatives, providing coaching and feedback.
  • Coordinate stocktakes, cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, company procedures, and quality standards.
  • Support process improvements and collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven warehouse/stores experience with supervisory or team-leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong organisational, planning, and communication skills.
  • Competent with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of warehouse procedures and health & safety requirements.
  • Full driving license required (role will involve deliveries/collections).
  • Forklift license and ERP/WMS experience desirable.
  • Lean or continuous improvement background
