A highly established company based in Southam is looking for a hands-on Stores Supervisor to oversee daily operations and manage a team of store operatives.
Full driving license required (role may involve deliveries/collections).

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock rotation.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure correct labelling, storage, and handling of goods.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of store operatives, providing coaching and feedback.
- Coordinate stocktakes, cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, company procedures, and quality standards.
- Support process improvements and collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues.
Skills & Experience
- Proven warehouse/stores experience with supervisory or team-leadership responsibilities.
- Strong organisational, planning, and communication skills.
- Competent with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures and health & safety requirements.
- Full driving license required (role will involve deliveries/collections).
- Forklift license and ERP/WMS experience desirable.
- Lean or continuous improvement background
